Refund Policy
Last Updated: May 12, 2026
1. Overview
This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which 32dOneLABS ("we", "our", "us") will issue refunds for purchases made through the New Order Global platform, including one-time credit packages and recurring subscriptions. It also outlines your cancellation and withdrawal rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
This policy is part of our Terms of Service and should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.
Quick summary: One-time credit purchases are generally non-refundable once consumed. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and remain active until the end of the billing period. EU consumers have a 14-day withdrawal right that is lost once digital content is consumed. We evaluate exceptional refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
2. One-Time Credit Packages
2.1 General Rule
All one-time credit purchases are non-refundable. Credits are a digital, consumable product. Once purchased and added to your account, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded — whether used or unused.
This applies to all one-time credit packages:
- Starter — 40 credits / $4
- Popular — 100 credits / $8
- Value — 250 credits / $18
- Mega — 600 credits / $38
2.2 Why Credits Are Non-Refundable
Credits are digital content that is delivered instantly upon purchase. By completing a purchase, you consent to the immediate supply of the digital content. Under most consumer protection frameworks (including the EU Consumer Rights Directive), the right of withdrawal is lost once digital content has been supplied and you have given your prior express consent and acknowledgment that you lose this right.
Additionally, credits are consumed in real-time as you use AI features — there is no practical way to "return" partially used credits or verify the remaining balance in a way that supports a return process.
2.3 Exceptional Circumstances
We may, at our sole discretion, evaluate refund requests under the following exceptional circumstances:
- Service outage — A significant, documented service outage that prevented you from using purchased credits for an extended period
- Billing error — You were charged incorrectly (e.g., duplicate charge, wrong amount)
- Technical failure — A technical failure on our end that resulted in credits being deducted without the corresponding service being delivered
- Unauthorized purchase — A purchase made without your consent, provided you notify us promptly
Any discretionary refund must be requested by contacting support@32d.one within 14 days of the purchase date. We will respond within 10 business days.
3. Subscription Plans
3.1 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access to your subscription benefits until then.
- Starter ($6.99/month) — Cancel anytime; access continues until the next billing date
- Yearly Archive ($59.99/year) — Cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the annual period
- Super Agent ($24/month) — Cancel anytime; access continues until the next billing date
To cancel, visit your Dashboard billing page or manage your subscription directly at Lemon Squeezy.
3.2 Refunds for Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions (Starter, Super Agent): No refund is provided for the current billing period once it has begun. You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods after cancellation.
Yearly subscription (Yearly Archive): If you cancel within 14 days of the initial purchase and have not significantly used the subscription benefits (e.g., consumed fewer than 75 credits — the monthly allocation), you may request a pro-rata refund. After 14 days, the yearly subscription is non-refundable, but you retain access for the remainder of the annual period.
3.3 Subscription Credits
Subscription credits (e.g., 150 credits/month for Starter) are granted at the start of each billing period. Unused subscription credits do not roll over to the next period and are forfeited upon cancellation or at the end of the billing period. This is because subscription credits are included as part of the recurring service, not purchased as a standalone product.
4. EU / EEA Consumer Rights
4.1 Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
Under the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), consumers in the EU/EEA have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts (purchases made online), without giving a reason.
However, this right does not apply to:
- The supply of digital content (credits) that is not delivered on a tangible medium, once you have consented to the immediate supply and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(m))
- Services that have been fully performed with your prior express consent and acknowledgment that you lose your right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed
4.2 How We Apply This
When you purchase credits or start a subscription:
- You consent to the immediate supply of the digital content (credits are added to your account instantly)
- You acknowledge that by consuming credits (using AI features), you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal for the consumed portion
- If you have not consumed any credits within the 14-day period, you may request a full refund by contacting support@32d.one
4.3 Legal Guarantees (Directive 2019/770)
Under the Directive on certain aspects concerning contracts for the supply of digital content and digital services (2019/770), you are entitled to legal guarantees of conformity. If the Service does not conform to the description provided (e.g., credits do not work as described, AI models are unavailable for an extended period), you may be entitled to:
- A price reduction proportionate to the non-conformity
- A full refund if the non-conformity is significant and cannot be remedied
To claim under these guarantees, contact support@32d.one with a description of the issue.
4.4 Dispute Resolution
We are committed to resolving disputes informally. Contact us at support@32d.one.
EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. This platform facilitates the resolution of disputes between consumers and traders without going to court.
Nothing in this policy removes or limits your rights under mandatory EU/EEA consumer protection laws, including the right to a refund for non-conforming digital content or services.
5. UK Consumer Rights
5.1 Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)
Under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, UK consumers have a 14-day cancellation period for distance contracts. The same exceptions apply as for EU consumers:
- The right to cancel does not apply to digital content once you have consented to immediate supply and acknowledged the loss of your cancellation right
- If you have not consumed any credits within 14 days, you may request a full refund
5.2 Digital Content Rights (Consumer Rights Act 2015)
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content must be:
- As described — Credits must function as we describe them
- Of satisfactory quality — The service must work reasonably well
- Fit for purpose — The service must be usable for the purposes we indicate
If the digital content does not meet these standards, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund. Contact support@32d.one to report an issue.
5.3 Alternative Dispute Resolution
UK consumers may seek alternative dispute resolution through the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR) or other certified ADR providers. We will consider mediation if a dispute cannot be resolved through direct contact.
6. US Consumer Rights
6.1 No Federal Cooling-Off Rule for Online Digital Purchases
Under US federal law, the FTC Cooling-Off Rule (16 CFR 429) applies to sales made at locations other than the seller's permanent place of business (e.g., door-to-door sales), not to online purchases of digital content. There is no federal statutory right to cancel or return online digital purchases.
6.2 State-Specific Rights
Some US states provide additional consumer protections. For example:
- California (CCPA/CPRA): You have the right to know what personal data we collect and the right to request deletion. See our Privacy Policy, Section 15.
- Other states: Some states have consumer protection statutes that may apply. Check your local laws.
6.3 Our Commitment
Regardless of legal obligations, we will evaluate all refund requests fairly. If you experience a billing error, service outage, or technical failure, contact us and we will work to resolve the issue — which may include a credit adjustment or refund where appropriate.
7. Other Jurisdictions
7.1 Australia (Australian Consumer Law)
Australian consumers are protected by the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which provides guarantees that goods and services are of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and match their description. If our service fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy (repair, replacement, or refund) depending on the nature of the failure.
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the ACL.
7.2 Canada
Canadian consumers are protected by provincial consumer protection legislation, which may provide cancellation rights for online purchases. In particular:
- Ontario: The Consumer Protection Act, 2002 provides a 10-day cooling-off period for certain remote agreements
- Quebec: The Consumer Protection Act provides cancellation rights for contracts entered into remotely
- Other provinces: Check your provincial consumer protection legislation
The same exception for immediately supplied digital content generally applies.
7.3 Other Regions
If you are located in a jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protection laws that provide rights beyond what is described here, those rights apply. We will comply with applicable local law. Contact us at support@32d.one if you believe your local consumer rights are relevant to your request.

8.2 Information to Include
Please include the following in your refund request to help us process it quickly:
- Your account email associated with the purchase
- Order number or Lemon Squeezy transaction reference (found in your purchase confirmation email or at Lemon Squeezy orders)
- Date of purchase
- Reason for the refund request (e.g., billing error, service outage, technical failure)
- Current credit balance (visible on your Dashboard)
8.3 Processing Times
- Acknowledgment: Within 10 business days of receiving your request
- Decision: Within 10 business days of acknowledgment
- Refund processing: If approved, the refund will be issued within 5 business days via the original payment method (through Lemon Squeezy). It may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider
9. Credit Adjustments & Service Credits
In some cases, rather than a monetary refund, we may offer credit adjustments (adding credits to your account) as an alternative remedy. This may apply when:
- A technical issue caused credits to be deducted without delivering the expected result
- A service outage prevented you from using the platform for a significant period
- A minor non-conformity does not warrant a full refund but deserves compensation
Credit adjustments are applied at our discretion. You may request a monetary refund instead of a credit adjustment if you prefer, subject to the conditions in this policy.
10. Free Tier & Promotional Credits
The following credit types have no cash value and are not refundable:
- Signup credits (20 free credits on account creation)
- Daily refresh credits (3 credits/day for free-tier users)
- Promotional credits (any credits given for free as part of a promotion, beta program, or goodwill gesture)
These credits are provided at no cost and are forfeited upon account deletion or subscription upgrade. They cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account.
11. Account Deletion & Credit Forfeiture
If you delete your account:
- All remaining credits (purchased, subscription, and free) are permanently forfeited and non-refundable
- Active subscriptions will be cancelled, but no refund is provided for the current billing period
- Your data is removed within 30 days as described in our Privacy Policy
Before deleting your account, please use any remaining credits or contact us to discuss your situation. Account deletion is irreversible and forfeits all credits.
12. Payment Processor (Lemon Squeezy)
All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. We do not store your credit card details or payment information. Refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy and will appear on your statement as coming from Lemon Squeezy.
If you have a question about a charge on your statement, check your Lemon Squeezy order history first. If the charge does not match any order, contact us immediately.
Lemon Squeezy supports the following payment methods: credit/debit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
13. Changes to This Refund Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes that reduce your refund rights, we will provide at least 30 days' notice via the Extension, Website, or email before the changes take effect.
Any refund request submitted before a policy change takes effect will be evaluated under the policy in effect at the time of the purchase.
